This program worked for me when I had to do a state specific purchase & sale agreement/real estate. All six signers lived in different states and so had to digital sign. Easy to walk them through it.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Why is my FM radio not working?
Blown Fuse: One of the most common reasons for a car radio to stop working is a blown fuse. If the radio itself will not turn on, chances are good that there's one or more blown fuses causing the problem. A damaged antenna means that your radio isn't able to receive signal from stations.
Why is my car radio not picking up stations?
There are multiple issues that could cause a radio to not pick up an AM / FM signal. In most cases it's due to faulty wiring, a loose ground wire or the wiring running to and from the antenna. However, it's also possible that an internal component inside the radio such as an electrical relay has been damaged.
How do you test a car antenna?
Connect one of the leads on the ohmmeter or multimeter (the multimeter can act as an ohmmeter) to the antenna mast on the vehicle. Locate the cable from the antenna that is plugged into the back of the vehicle's radio. Insert the center pin of the antenna cable into the other lead on the ohmmeter.
Why are all my radio stations static?
If you only hear the static when listening to the radio, and not when listening to CDs or any auxiliary audio sources, then the problem is either with the antenna, the tuner, or some external source of interference. Check the car radio ground connection. Unplug the radio antenna and check if the sound is still there.
How can I improve FM radio reception?
TV antennas often can also serve as effective FM antennas. Use a “splitter” to route the signals to the TV and radio. An excellent yet inexpensive FM antennas can be purchased at Radio Shack — their catalog number 15-2163 for about $25. Mount this antenna as high as you can and rotate for best signal.
How can I make my radio antenna work better?
Simply attach the wire on the terminal of the antenna. Then run the wire through the window and ensure the end hangs outside. The higher you place it, the better. Once done, tune the radio and see whether the signal quality improves.
How can I improve my FM signal on a single wire antenna?
Measure 28-3/4 inches from one end of your wire. Wrap several turns of electrical tape at that point. Split the wire from the end to the tape. Attach each exposed end to one of two screw terminals on your receiver marked for the FM antenna.
Why is my radio change stations by itself?
One of the many reasons that causes the radio to keep changing the stations by itself is faulty buttons. The radio may turn on after getting dry, but it still may have stickiness under its buttons that can get the button to stick inside.
