I like that I can find most of the forms I need bit it is very difficult, at least for me to align some of my typing to the actual corresponding lines. (eg): pleading paper. Im sure there is a way but i haven't learned the whole program yet

Don't peel THEM! Cut or tear the envelope around the stamps. Float the stamps face up in cool water. Soak for one hour or until the stamps separate from the paper. Lay the stamps face down on white paper towels. Cover with more paper and press flat under something heavy (like books) for several hours until dry.
First, soak the sponges and then squeeze out all the water. Place the stuck together stamps on top of one sponge and then place the other sponge on top of the stamps. The humidity created by the sponges will soften the gum to the point where the stamps can be separated.
But if you want to remove the stamps from envelopes, the best way is to soak them. Place them, stamp side up, in a few inches of lukewarm water in a shallow bowl (make sure the water is not HOT as it may damage the stamps). Don't soak too many at one time, they should have room to float.
There are a few easy ways to remove a stamp from its envelope. Place your envelope in the microwave for 10 to 20 seconds to melt the adhesive. Then, gently peel the stamp away from the envelope. You'll need to use tape or glue to make the stamp sticky again.
Place the stamp face down on a flat surface and let it dry. The back of the stamp will remain sticky because the Besting evaporates quickly, leaving the adhesive on the back of the stamp still active. To remove the stickiness of the adhesive, once the stamp is relatively dry, apply a bit of baby powder to the gum side.
It is illegal to reuse stamps — though that doesn't stop people doing it. Some post offices are now cancelling stamps using UV ink — which the eye can't see, but the machines can detect. Some stamps are also made with little cuts in them to make it harder to peel them off.
Once a postage stamp has been used, it is a federal crime to: Reuse a stamp whether cancelled or not. If you have questions concerning the reuse of postage, please contact your local Postal Inspector.
