This is an amazing program! How many times we all have to fill out forms, even if they are pdf forms available for downloading on line) and wish we could just fill them in with the keyboard instead of printing out a hard copy and THEN handwriting our responses. PDFfiller allows you to save a pdf and then fill it in so easily. There are also a lot of options for checking boxes, circling responses, highlighting, enlarging or shrinking text size, etc. The program is user-friendly, easy to follow, print, download to your own computer and save. Just a GREAT addition to my tools. I also get such positive feedback whenever I submit a requested form---they are delighted to have READABLE information.

PDFs made easy Since using PDFfiller, I haven't seen any PDF I can't tackle This software allows me to edit any PDF unlike Acrobat Reader. Has other useful functionalities such as sending PDF's to clients for e-signature, merging/extracting/compressing pages as well. I do not think this software needs any improvements. It helps ease my workload immensely each week.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
In order to terminate tenancy, the tenant must provide the owner with a written 30-day notice to vacate the unit, as required by the HUD lease. NOTE: The regulations for RHS Section 515/8 properties permit either the tenant or the owner to terminate the lease with a 30-day written notice.
Section 8 Evictions Sufficient cause for tenant eviction includes not paying rent, lease violations and property damage. Eviction laws vary by the state, but in many jurisdictions, including California, a landlord can evict for cause using a three-day notice telling the tenant to quit the premises.
Yes, usually if you breach your Section 8 lease you will be denied future Section 8 assistance. Eviction for non-payment of rent is good cause for losing your Section 8 Voucher. Eviction for causing damage to the rental premises will cause you to lose your Section 8 Voucher.
In a Section 8 eviction the landlord must abide by state and local laws governing evictions and the terms set forth in the lease. Typically, this means that the tenant must receive written notice anywhere from sixty to ninety days prior to the impending eviction.
If your PHA rules to terminate your Housing Choice (Section 8) Voucher program assistance, you have a right to appeal the decision. Your PHA is required to notify you in writing that your assistance is being terminated. If this happens to you, you can request a hearing before the deadline set by the PHA.
The housing authority will continue to make payments to the landlord under the voucher until the tenant vacates, is legally evicted through after a trial, or moves to a new section 8 property under a newly issued voucher. The landlord cannot evict a tenant during the initial term of the lease without good cause.
Eviction or Lease Termination An eviction causes problems with Section 8 and may result in termination of your voucher. For more information on eviction, please see Legal Aid's Eviction: The Court Process brochure. Your lease cannot be terminated by your landlord during the initial lease term except for good cause.
Once you sign your lease, Section 8 pays part of the rent, and you pay the rest of the rent to management. Your share of the rent is based on your income. You cannot be penalized if Section 8 does not pay your rent on time, unless you have been terminated. You will generally pay 30% of your adjusted income.
