The PDF writer worked perfect for what I needed
Pretty easy to use and worked just as advised. I needed this to fill out PDF documents vs. printing them out and hand writing them. In addition finish product is neat and looks professional.
Don't have any negatives other than if it where free it would be even better, but the fee is small in relationship to what you gain.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Easily convert PDFs to word and rotate pages withing an improperly scanned PDF
What do you dislike?
The text writing font options are few and when the writing box dissapears the text changes size and font that what it was displayed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More font options and ability to match font of the original document. When editing in a document your software changes the size and font of the edited text.

Needed something to fill out a form in a hurry - it did recognise the fields, that's a plus compared with some others, LOL. Wasn't looking for any fancy features like faxing, but did the job. May only cancel IF I don't use it that much.
