Easy to use, and very useful, but some symbols are not explained. They have a very large number of forms, but some are not the latest version. Nevertheless, it is addictive and once you get used to PDFfiller you will always come back for more.

I was shocked to learn AFTER I PAID that the "monthly" payment touted in 3 big choice boxes was ONLY and effective cost IF I paid an annual fee IN FULL. THAT WAS NOT CLEAR and I feel duped. However, I am extremely pleased with what you offer AND the ease of using your site. It is well worth the 29.99/month vs what I thought was 9.99. You really need to make that clear for your customers, though. Don't start a customer relationship with the customer feeling duped or tricked.

Easy I don't have to type documents every time. Just need to change the date, and other data. It saves documents and they are pretty much organized. The signature does not look good. The email looks funky. I will I can scan docs directly, and may be fax them.

One of the best customer service I’ve… One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced !! My account had a monthly subscription which I thought I cancelled after the free trial but it didn’t seem to work. So I wrote them an email and within minutes they responded and took care of my issue and instantly refunded me the payments for the last 2 months in which my account has been subscribed. I’ve dealt with a lot of customer services over the past year and none has been so quick in responses, friendly and efficient in the same time. If I need a pdf service again, I’ll surely go to them. Good product with a few minor changes You need to be able to increase font size on just one word or 1 line, not the whole document. Also ther should be a notice when you have come to your margin so you don't keep typing and have to redo. But all in all it worked as it said and did a good job for me.I will use this again, many times. Thank you
