Easy to use for 1099 filings Use for 1099s and other tax filings. Used this product for 1099 filings.. simple and easy to use except for ability to make edits (address changes etc.) once filed. Once a 1099 is filed, program does not make it easy to go back and edit a document. Also, any updated filings are charged another filing fee, which seems excessive.

Good for someone who isn't tech savy While I'd like to think I am pretty good with a computer -- I am by no means the level of a graphic designer or anything like that. But I do a lot of work with pdfs that need to be tweaked a bit and this is easy to use! The initial use can be a little daunting to someone who is new. But it's easy to figure out once you get a hang of it.

We were out of town and needed an… We were out of town and needed an expensive package delivered to an alternate address. We needed a signed release for the courier to deliver without a signature, and this was the best way to create and eventually email that release form.

Excellent Customer Support I received quick email responses from costumer support and very fair and kind help - I wasn't aware of my subscription status and was billed for a full year. Because I didn't need the full year subscription, I cancelled my subscription and emailed customer support right away to let them know. I requested a refund and it was kindly granted. Mind you, I emailed them as soon as I got my billing notification from PayPal and my bank account hadn't been charged yet - but they made sure to refund me before I was charged! What do you like best? I am never going to read instructions so it was great how this software is intuitive and you can begin work right away. To fill out a stock certificate, you fill in the name of the shareholder, the name of the corporation, the number of shares represented by the certificate, the date, and possibly an identification number. There is also a space for a corporate officer to sign on behalf of the corporation and to affix the corporate seal.
