As a small business owner in the healthcare field, we do not have the resources to have much administrative support. What do you like best?
The ease of accessing Acord applicaions, amend the existing and being able to save to my computer and then email to clients. The process is incredibly simple!
What do you dislike?
I had difficulty accessing Acords 125,, 126 & 140's. This has now been fixed and all is working fine. Very little to say, in as far as disliking PDFfiller.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the best & quickest was to access all Acord Applications for Commercial Insurance.

Overall very handy. I did have a glitch in printing. When I hit Print Again, it made the page smaller and off center. This happened each time I hit Print Again on the CMS 1500 form, requiring me to go back and start from Print after each edit.

PDF filler works better than the pdf… PDF filler works better than the pdf editor app that is installed on my computer with Microsoft and Windows 11. I haven't tried all the features available yet, but so far I like the program.

it's easy to fill out and send wherever you need to send any important documents it was simple, and easy to send my documents to wherever they needed to be sent. Also the signature was perfect, I didn't need to print and sign anything, it was all here for me.

What do you like best? The site is very easy to use. The layout and design make it very simple to choose the best option for formatting documents. Choices for template or regular document helps to organize which docs you need to reuse. Even if you are not experienced, the options to choose from are so clear, you cannot make a mistake....and if you do, you can fix it very simply. What do you dislike? For me and my business purposes there is nothing wrong with this site. It is perfect and has made my business practice so much easier. Recommendations to others considering the product: Best program for editing documents, reduces additional work time creating new doc, great advantage with template option. Determine if the error is harmless or fatal to the transfer of title. Decide what instrument is best suited to the error. Draft a corrective deed, affidavit, or new deed. Original Granter(s) signature(s) obtained. Deed is re-executed. Re-acknowledgment before a notary.
Change 1: Add Corrective to the Title. The first step is to change the title of the deed. Change 2: Make the Correction. The next step is to correct the error in the prior deed. Change 3: Add an Explanation. The final step is to add an explanation for the correction.
These errors can be rectified by the execution of a supplementary document called correction deed or rectification deed. The parties need to get the corrections into a duly executed document. Further, they need to pay the requisite stamp duty in order to get it registered with the specified authority.
Draw line through entry (thin pen line). Make sure that the inaccurate information is still legible. Initial and date the entry. State the reason for the error (i.e. in the margin or above the note if room). Document the correct information.
A correction deed is somewhat self-explanatory: it is a deed that serves to correct and negate a mistake made between parties that have contracted an original deed agreement. Call the mortgage lender, title company and the local property records office and inform them that you need to change the warranty deed on your property. A warranty deed can be revoked. In most situations, the person signing the deed needs the cooperation of the person who received the deed to revoke it. If the deed was prepared for a property transfer as part of a typical sale, though, you probably will have to take legal action to revoke the deed.
