The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it does not have an option to undo things if you make an error. If you make an error you have to restart the whole thing. Otherwise, its a great program to have!!!

Adobe. ,I. Really wanted to make this work for me but I’m afraid it was beyond me.However the trial period which I thought I had cancelled hadn’t gone through then resulted in me receiving a large bill.I panicked thinking they would insist it was to be paid.So I got In touch with them and explained my error. They immediately wrote back and without question refunded my money. It says a lot for a company who responds in this way.I am eternally grateful to them

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
If you want to make changes online, login to your account on FAFSA.gov. From there, you can find a Make FAFSA Corrections option on the My FAFSA page. You are also able to write in corrections/updates on your SAR, once you receive it. There's an address provided on your SAR to mail the correct information.
A mistake on your FAFSA can delay the processing of your application for financial aid. It can be used to copy the answers to some FAFSA questions directly from your federal income tax return. If you do not modify those answers, those questions will not be subject to verification.
(The IRS does not, however, currently use FAFSA data to detect fraud on federal income tax returns.) The penalties for lying on the FAFSA include, but are not limited to, fines of up to $20,000 and up to five years of jail time, in addition to repaying the financial aid received by the student.
Even though you have a confirmation number, you cannot submit a second correction until the first one is processed and your Student Aid Report (SAR) is generated. Your first correction should be processed within 3-5 days, and you can make another correction after that time.
Go to FAFSA.gov and click Login. Students: Log in to the FAFSA using your FSA ID. Click Make FAFSA Corrections. Navigate to the Financial Information section. Change your answer from Will file to Already completed. Click Link to IRS and log in with the IRS to retrieve your tax information.
You can update your FAFSA at any time. The better the info the school has, the more accurate your award will be. If you make changes that change your EFC, your financial aid awards can change. I've worked with students who have corrected them 4-5 times.
A mistake on your FAFSA can delay the processing of your application for financial aid. It can be used to copy the answers to some FAFSA questions directly from your federal income tax return. If you do not modify those answers, those questions will not be subject to verification.
How to Delete a FAFSA Application. You can delete all information entered in your Free Application for Federal Student Aid, or FAFSA, by selecting the “Clear All” button at the bottom of the application, but this only works if you haven't yet submitted your application for student aid.
