I first tried PDFfiller with a trial subscription and to be honest, I really just wanted it so I could add text to a document and I didn't plan to extend my subscription. I'm a freelance paralegal and often need to add text (and complete forms) in .pdf format. The program is also very easy to use and has many great features (like "erase" and different font styles and sizes). My subscription has more than paid for itself and I would - and do - highly recommend PDFfiller to anyone looking for this type of program.

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). How do you countersign a document?
A countersignature is undertaken to certify that the action or provisions in the document have been approved by both the signer and the other party in question. When two parties sign a contract, the first party will sign, then the second party will countersign to confirm their agreement with the contract.
