A Great Time Saving Tool This software is a great time-saving tool in that it allows me to fill in, search, and edit forms and send them electronically within minutes. That way, I don't have to manually hand write information the form, then scan them (or mail them) and wait for recipients to respond. The software basically digitizes the workflow process, which saves me a lot of time. The software is limited to specific industries and the forms and features that these industries use. Therefore, not all forms and features are fully applicable to our company so we can't take advantage of them.

Negates deciphering handwriting When filling out or reading an application or some other such document, it is hard to manage legibility. The ability to type directly into the fields of a PDF is a valuable option to avoid that. I wish you didn't have to create an account to use it. It would be better in my opinion if you could use the software with out having to do that.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Countersigning means writing a second signature onto a document. For example, a contract or other official document signed by the representative of a company may be countersigned by his supervisor to verify the authority of the representative.
Contracts bind parties to their duties. Contracts can secure payment. No one likes to be stiffed for work performed and a binding contract provides a written legal document establishing an agreement to be paid for services rendered. Contracts provide recourse when the relationship falters.

Countersigning means adding a signature to a document that has previously been signed by someone else. The purpose of countersigning a check is usually to cash it or to deposit it.
Although it can depend on your situation, generally a signature does not need to be in cursive to be legal. To execute a contract, one must simply meet the signing requirements of that contract. For instance, to create a valid Power of Attorney, the document must be signed and witnessed by a notary public.
A written contract must be signed by both parties to be legally enforceable. However, some types of oral contracts are also valid and do not require signatures from either party.
Reasons why it is so important to sign contracts to create documents with good evidentiary value. It gives you proof that the other party intended to enter into the contract with you and be bound by the obligations of that contract.
Even if the contract appears to be binding and enforceable on its face, you may have relief through exceptions in your state's laws. If you signed the contract based on a misrepresentation by the other party, you may be able to claim that the contract is voidable. The contract is void and there is no valid contract.
Send a letter requesting to cancel the contract. The FTC's "cooling off" rule. Check your state's consumer-protection laws. Breach the contract. Talk to an attorney.
Contracts can only be legally signed under a party's free will. Any type of coercion is considered duress if it allows one person to take advantage of another. Modification of a contract may also be done under duress.
A modification of contract is any change, in part or whole, occurring to a legally binding agreement between two or more parties. Any contract can be modified before or after signing the agreement, but all parties must agree to the changes. If any party doesn't agree to the modification, the changes are invalid.
Write, Agreement to Amend Contract at the top of the pertinent page. Enter the names and titles of parties involved. Clearly state in a sentence or two that both parties are agreeing to amend this contract on such-and-such date and such-and-such time. Then clearly describe the changes in writing.
You can amend your contract in part or in whole, and this depends on the needs of the parties. Additionally, you can modify a contract before signing it or after you and the other party have agreed to it. Valid amendments are normally enforced and according to the law, they are legally binding.
Getting Out of a Contract. Contracts are legally binding agreements. While you cannot get out of one simply because you have changed your mind, there are legally acceptable reasons to void a contract.
Read the contract thoroughly. Consider all of your options before breaking your contract. Look at the termination clause as a way to get out of your contract. Look out for anniversaries or other key dates in the contract. Cost your exit. Look for a breach.
