Can be a simple way to fill out documents.
I can fill out a document pretty fast. Its functions are easy to understand. Overall it is easy and anyone can use it even if they are not tech savvy.
I don't like how I can't control the fonts and the font size. It automatically selects the font size and sometimes it can not be changed.

it did take me awhile to figure things out because I am older, I didn't realize that I couldn't upload my documents until I subscribed to the free trial

What do you like best?
Easy to use and updates my pdfs in minutes. Great for filling out forms and digitally signing documents in a remote working environment.
What do you dislike?
While there are tools to keep text boxes aligned, it could be a bit stronger when filling out forms.

PdfFiller is a great tools for remote working. It solves issues with filling out forms, signed documents and much more when an employee does not have access to a printer or scanner.

Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents
Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. Kara and some others were so great in helping me learn to do that. They were so patient and courteous! It was a pleasure to work with them as I am not computer savvy! I suggest that many businesses and anyone else who needs this service sign up for PDFFiller.com. We have been with them for several years now and are appreciative of this service!

Impressive customer service (LIVE support)
I did not realise that my free trial expired until I got a charge for the month of December. I contacted 'live support' (which popped in in 20 sec) and Thomas was the most helpful I've ever experienced in customer service. He found out I had 2 accounts and when I explained to him that I actually only used the service once, he promptly offered me refund. I did not even expect one because I honestly thought this is another website that makes money by offering a trial and then charge you once trial is finished (which many of us would forget and only cancel when it is too late). But no, refund is already action, and he also cancelled my account as per my request with no fuss! Thomas, thanks for being extremely prompt and helpful! I will surely use this service next time. Thank you!
