I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. What does Bates stamp mean?

Bates stamping is the process of applying a set of identifying numbers to a document collection of PDFs to label and identify them. You can use Previewer to apply a Bates stamp to documents even if you don't import them into a case spreadsheet.

Is Bates numbering required?

Such identification may be solely numeric or may contain a combination of letters and numbers (alphanumeric). There is no standard method for numbering documents, nor is there a standard type face used for such numbers. Manual Bates stampers use a self-inking mechanism with four to seven numbered wheels.

How do Bates numbers work?
