I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I loved it but need to know more about how to use it I dont know how to blank out the form once I have filled it out, saved it, and put it in the folder. I want to use it again but it has the old information on it help email me my phone is broken and i will not have it back until tomorrow

The program did not function as I anticipated, but after I played around with it, I realized it was still a useful tool. I am a Licensed Counselor and this is a great tool used to communicate and transmit sensitive information online. I highly recommend to others!

It has been pretty good , but right now i'm having a problem because, it wants to verify and send a passcode to my e-mail, but i can not enter it because it is not showing up in my e-mail

i have had a great experience so far
it is much easier to file medical claim forms than having to buy that specific software
i like how easy it is to import documents. I also like the ease of sharing, printing and storing documents
Really the only thing i do not particularly care for is the difficulty adding the individual box for editable fields

****** from PdfFiller is Excellent!I needed to cancel my service for the time being for financial reasons and they handled it kindly and seamlessly with no hassle. Should I need this type of service again, I will definitely be back. Would recommend PdfFIller to others. I initially thought that PDFfiller was a free tool unless you actively initiated a subscription. Even though they asked me for my credit card information with a free 30 Day trial I forgot about it. When I got my next credit card statement showing I had been charged for the whole year I began a ticket with Customer Service. They were so kind as to immediately understand, cancel my subscription, and agree to issue me a refund. At the time of writing this, I am awaiting my refund as I just requested the cancellation today - but I must say that this gesture was amazing by PDFfiller and this review is the very least I can do. Thank you for brightening up 2020 a bit! Amazing business ethic and professional courtesy.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLICIES
Used PDFfiller for one document and forgot to cancel my trial subscription. As soon as I was billed, I contacted customer support for a refund and Anna from the customer support team did it immediately. The process was so swift that even I was surprised. I wish more companies were as quick and understanding as these guys. Will definitely not hesitate to use this company again or recommend it to people. Thankyou so much!
