The program interface is OK but it could be a little more iterative. A form I was completing for the TSP TP77 and the TP76 did not place the letters and numbers (characters) in the exact center of each box making the document a little harder to read. I know this for sure because I have completed the same document using TSP website filler with the document are available. This would be easy for the company to fix this but they check their forms before making them available. But the overall online forms filler program works well and saves completed forms easily and has a generous library.

What do you like best?
I love that the physician can dictate the form to me and I can easily load the form and type it up for him. He is extremely busy and needs to fill these forms out on his own time. Now I can do it for him saving him the time to focus on face to face visits with his patients.
What do you dislike?
It is very new to me, so I am uncertain if there is anything at this point I don't like, as I am unfamiliar with a good portion of the program. But what I have used thus far is great!

Easiest way to send contracts We use this for business contracts in the wedding industry. At first, it was not easy to receive contracts back but with upgrading our account that has become easier. Ease of use to send out contracts for electronic filling and filing Sometimes it is confusing where the contracts end up once filled. Having to pay extra for certain capabilities isn't feasible for a small startup business

I like that I can bring in any fillable… I like that I can bring in any fillable document, it makes everything to do with a business much easier. It's just not very easy to do. I have to remember how to do it every time. Not sure if that is my fualt or if this is just not that user friendly.

I've been really happy with how easy it… I've been really happy with how easy it is to find certain forms, then fill them in and print them, but I wasn't able to find a few forms I needed and had to look for them elsewhere. I'd be ecstatic if all the forms I needed were all in one place.

What do you like best? Very easy to upload my documents, clean them up and edit and add information. I like that it stores all my documents that I've worked with. What do you dislike? Printing from the site has so many print windows to go through. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy, Cost Effective. There is not a lot of features to overwhelm someone. For us, it works great as we only need to edit information on new documents but only receive the originals on paper so this is the easiest to get them filled out, and into electronic format for future use What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We complete our bid documents on this program and the PDF filler keeps the information professional, legible and I can go back and edit as needed. The Date() function returns the current system date.
The Default Value is the value that a new record starts out with. You can change it if you want, but Access will create new records with this value. You can set the Default Value to a static value. For example, if most of your customers are from New York, you could set the Default Value for a State field to ANY.
