What do you like best?
Easy to use but comprehensive options for editing. Quick and efficient which is important with time sensitive docs and a busy life. Some recent new features tells me the company is progressive. I was having technical difficulties one day and support was responsive. I've tried numerous PDF/Editing programs. and this is by far my favorite. It's web based not some ap that you have to download that later crashes your computer. Can access it from any PC so that helps too.
What do you dislike?
The price is substantially more that I'd like to see. Takes a bit to save file to PC once done editing. can be a little slow at times but still a reliable tool I use at least weekly if not daily. Something in the $50 range would be delightful and it's well above that currently. Maybe efax for this price I have not used the esign feature yet so maybe will try that given our member benefit program is lapsing.

Quick way to edit and correct documents. Easy to save and access later. Lots of options for composing sending and revising. I only use basic functions but there are several ways to use this valuable tool beyond the features I use that exceed other competitors.

Great tool for PDF mistakes Good experience, I really recommend this for people who need a PDF edit tool It' easy to use, few and useful settings that can really help fix a mistake or even save the document in a different way I couldn't find the go back tool for a minute but it's actually pretty simple and helpful

Easy to use. I have been using this app for a long time and is really easy to learn how to use and reliable results. Pros. This does everything that Adobe apps should do. It is a great way to reduce paper use. UI looks a bit sophisticated, but it does what you need. Sometimes the support service takes a long time

THE BEST SUPPORT TEAM I'VE EVER FOUND It is honestly the best and most complete pdf program with all the features. It's fast, intuitive, and their support team is absolutely prompt and efficient. Really very convenient, far more handier than the others selectable with a quick google search.....not sure about $20 monthly fee though. An account with a paid service per use would also be handy, but 9/10

The requisite elements that must be established to demonstrate the formation of a legally binding contract are (1) offer. (2) acceptance. (3) consideration. (4) mutuality of obligation. (5) competency and capacity. And, in certain circumstances, (6) a written instrument.
A contract is formed only if the parties intend to be legally bound by their promises and have clearly agreed on what those promises are. This is known as a meeting of the minds.
