It was wonderful using the form to fill in my information, however, I was shocked to learn at the end that I am required to joint for a fee or my document would be unprintable. You should notify a person first there is a fee in case they have no money to pay your fee or do not wish to pay when you can print these forms out from many sources and fill in by using a pen.

It was a life saver for me as I transitioned my insurance business. It looks so much more professional to import supplemental applications and forms and complete them with a keyboard. When going from preview back to editable view all imputed info disappeared. Not sure why that happened but I selected cancel and all info reappeared.

It worked great with one exception. On my form the lines that I highlighted did not highlight everything in the printed version. Other than that, it worked great.
