Your guy was good - but I really didn't get the result from the program I expected. I thought it would convert to word exactly. I understand why it didn't - just makes the program less than what I had thought I was buying. I don't do this type of work often and will probably just discontinue the program.

Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Easy to Use
It's been fantastic to use to add whole sections into a document without having to re-do everything.
We haven't required something like this often, so I love that I can access this software for free, on an as-needed basis.
Haven't needed to use the software enough to have any issues arise that I couldn't troubleshoot on my own.
