Amazing product! I was able to fill a tax form very easily and sign it. Better than all others I've tried!
There are two comments for the development team and marketing team: 1/I expected a free trial, and 2/There are so many options that it can be confusing when you are just starting. I would have appreciated less options up front and some video tutorials to introduce me to advanced features.

This is a life changer! didn't even realise it was possible to directly type into PDF forms, this has made things so much easier!

I was happy that I found my forms, but you should have said from the first that it was a trial, I do not remember being told that It would cost me, but that's ok, I filled out and printed 3 N-311 Hawaii forms, which printed 5 sheets, I will gladly pay for them, but I do not want to continue my subscription to pdfFiller. I don't think I will ever need it again, but I do thank you for being there when I needed you.

Can an LLC make an S election?
However, an LLC can elect to be treated as an association taxable as a corporation by filing Form 8832, Entity Classification Election. And, once it has elected to be taxed as a corporation, an LLC can file a Form 2553, Election by a Small Business Corporation, to elect tax treatment as an S corporation.
Can a single member LLC make an S election?
Similar to how a corporation elects S corp status, a single-member LLC can become an S corporation by filing IRS Form 2553. The LLC must file the election no later than two months and 15 days from the start of the tax year in which the S corp status will be effective.

Can Form 2553 be signed electronically?
Can Form 2553 be filed electronically? A corporation can file Form 2553 after the due date and still receive IRS approval to make the election retroactive to the beginning of the corporation's tax year. But first, the corporation must make sure that it is eligible to make a late election.
When should you file Form 2553?
Form 2553 must be filed before the 16th day of the third month of the corporation's tax year, or before the 15th day of the second month of a tax year if the tax year is 2½ months or less. You can also file the form at any time during the tax year before the year in which you want the election to take effect.
