PDFfiller lets me print out a nice looking form for school physical exam. It is harder to use than manually writing on a school physical form. However, there are fewer mistakes on a printed version from a computer than sometimes I found when I had to manually fill out a previous version of a school physical form. Thank you.

Everything was very easy to follow and to make a great health record form out of one that you had!! I will never go back to writing each one out by hand!! Plus, it looks so much more professional!! I was happy that I found my forms, but you should have...
I was happy that I found my forms, but you should have said from the first that it was a trial, I do not remember being told that It would cost me, but that's ok, I filled out and printed 3 N-311 Hawaii forms, which printed 5 sheets, I will gladly pay for them, but I do not want to continue my subscription to pdfFiller. I don't think I will ever need it again, but I do thank you for being there when I needed you.
