This is a very good program but the monthly fee is high. It would be well worth the cost if you were filling out hundreds of pdfs each month, but for one or two forms, it's hard to justify the expense.

With lifetime roof shingles having a 50-year warranty means that the first 10 years is a full coverage and the remaining warranty will be prorated in the remaining 40 years. The shingles are also impact-resistant and fire-resistant! The most important part is the installation of the shingles.
Typically, the lifespan of a shingle roof is around 20 years, although some general repair work can be expected. However, homeowners can now take advantage of our new lifetime shingle, which comes with a limited 50-year warranty.
Shingles Do Not Have a Guarantee Shingles come in various classes of lifetime guarantee. For example, you have the 30-year shingle, the 25-year, the 40-year, and lifetime the manufacturers manufacture them in those segments. The truth is, a 30-year shingle will not really last 30 years.
GAF coined the term limited lifetime warranty for their asphalt roofing shingles, and soon the industry followed. Limited Lifetime Warranty usually refers to the manufacturers warranty on defective shingles. These limited lifetime warranties do not include any warranties on workmanship for the roofing contractor.
Shingle Warranties (Manufacturer): Your manufacturer's shingle warranty is intended to provide coverage against product or manufacturing defects for a certain length of time, usually 20 to 50 years, ensuring that the manufacturer will make the necessary repairs or replacements to defective parts within that term.
Limited Lifetime Warranty usually refers to the manufacturers warranty on defective shingles. Each shingle company prorates the settlement pay out, based on the age of the shingles at the time of the claim, on any defective shingles.
