Works well but continues to have security issues in connecting with my Google Drive account. Each time I open a PDF in Drive using the PDFFiller App, I get an Unsafe warning. Please clear this problem up. I don't have the time or energy to do your survey right now, perhaps in the future.

All PDF tools in one app My overall satisfaction about that app is a lot, it's just great tool for everyone, for students and also employees as well, at any time people can make change in their document and send it wherever it's needed. That's basically great app, because you can solve all document issues in one app, scanning, adding image to the document putting dates, even signature, saving as pdf, or word or excel, sending to email, printing and etc. which help users to save more time. I remember I faced problem while logging in, actually I think to login for that kind of program is something extra.

Title the affidavit. First, you'll need to title your affidavit. Craft a statement of identity. The very next section of your affidavit is what's known as a statement of identity. Write a statement of truth. State the facts. Reiterate your statement of truth. Sign and notarize.
To have an affidavit notarized, contact a notary public and arrange to sign the affidavit in front of her. After she observes you signing the affidavit, she'll notarize the affidavit and affix her seal to it as required by your state's laws for notaries.
Legal offices usually have notaries, as do real estate offices, accountants, title offices and banks. Some government agencies also have notaries. Once you have found a notary public, take the affidavit along with photo identification to the notary's office.
If there is no court form of affidavit available for your needs, you can search for affidavit forms either online or at your local county law library. Although these affidavit forms are unofficial, it is appropriate to use such forms when there is no court form specified for use.
An average fee is $5. Some states are $10 or $15. Many banks offer free notary service for bank customers. The notary does not draft the affidavit.
Draft the Affidavit by providing the details of the old name and new name. Execute the Affidavit on a Stamp Paper of Denomination of Rs. 10/- or as per the prescribed stamp duty as per your state. Make the Affidavit attest and sealed by the Notary Public.
