Transferring Account and Name Change You can transfer your Spectrum account to another responsible party or change the name on your account under the following circumstances: Account name is spelled incorrectly. Marriage or legal name change.
Sign in to Spectrum.net and then select Settings. Go to the Your Info tab. Select Manage to edit your name, phone numbers or email addresses.
Find your local Spectrum Store. To transfer your Spectrum account to another responsible party or change the name on your account, please complete the Name Change Form (English | Español). Review the instructions and complete the form requirements, including the appropriate documentation.

Confirm that you're not a robot and select Continue. Verify Your Identity by receiving a code via text, email or a phone call. Enter the code on the next screen.
Select the Menu icon in the upper left-hand corner of the page, then select Create a Username. Select Account Info and enter your Account Number and Security Code, located on your bill. Confirm that you're not a robot and select Continue. Verify Your Identity by receiving a code via text, email or a phone call.
