Customer Service Is Great
I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.

What are the ways to send a notification?
You can send the Notifications either by creating a Notification through System Notifications in Application Navigator and you can trigger them either when record is inserted/update OR when any event runs. Another way is via Workflow, you can use Notification Activity in a Workflow to trigger Notifications.
How many ways we can trigger the notification?
When you get down to the technical end of things, there are only two ways to trigger a notification.
How do I trigger notification from business rule?
Create Event Registry. Create Email Notification or update email notification with “When to Send” → set event. Add gs.eventuate in business rule.
How do I send notifications through workflow?
create an event by going to system policy > Events > Registry. Then create a notification Event in the workflow in the event name field find the event you created then in parameter 1 on the return you would do something like this: return current.
