Easy to use & Quick My business is all about paperwork. Everything is time sensitive and I could not get things done without PDFfiller. I use it daily. The ease of use is so important to me. I don't have time to learn difficult programs. Easy to upload docs from anywhere, rearrange pages, make corrections, save as PDF and save or email. You can name your files and go back to them when needed. The dashboard is easy to navigate. I have used this software for years and they are always improving and adding new features. I have had trouble uploading an occasional document but customer service fixed the issue each time. Sometimes my document is too large which is frustrating, they have a size limit. Also, a document with signatures from another software company (e-sign) sometimes don't come thru.

It is a great help in editing documents, specially when there are corrections needed to be made. Files that cannot be converted to a Word or Excel file is easily edited here.

All paper submitted claims are assigned a unique Document Control Number (DCN). The DCN identifies and tracks claims as they move through the claims processing system. This number contains the Julian date, which indicates the date the claim was received. It monitors timely submission of a claim.
Document Control is a document management profession whose purpose is to enforce controlled processes and practices for the creation, review, modification, issuance, distribution and accessibility of documents.
Approve documents for adequacy prior to issue. Review, update as necessary, and re-approve documents. Identify the changes and current document revision status. Make relevant documents available at points of use. Ensure the documents remain legible and readily identifiable.
WHS Document Register It logs each document that facilitates our compliance with the Work Health and Safety (WHS) Act 2011, and associated Regulations, Standards and Codes. The register is updated by the WHS Document Controller upon changes to any of the WHIMS documents.
To add page numbers to your Word document, switch over to the Insert tab on the Ribbon and then click the Page Number button in the Header & Footer section. A drop-down menu shows several options for where you'd like the page numbers to appear top of the page, bottom of the page, and so on.
Double-click anywhere on the header or footer to unlock it. Click the Page Number command. Page numbering will appear. To edit the font, font size, and alignment of page numbers, select a page number and click the Home tab. When you're finished, press the Esc key.
Put the cursor on the page where the page numbering should start (that is section two in the document). Click on the Insert tab and Page Number. Select position and style for the pagination. Click on the bottom of the page to activate the Header & Footer menu.
