I am very impressed at the features, especially being able to combine pdf files and edit files. I find navigating to and from the 'My Forms' area a bit clunky. The 'save as' feature takes forever to achieve, too many steps for a file that is already created. For my business, it would be a huge benefit to be able to print out a confirmation page when my faxes have been sent and received. I like to keep such confirmations with the files as proof. All in all, I love the program and am thankful for such a convenient and manageable product.

Very helpful tool for 1099. How do you auto populate though. I find it tedious to manually type the same info over and over. Still WAY better than the alternative though. Thanks.

Employers have three months to properly classify their employees under the new standards to ensure compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLEA).
The minimum salary requirement for exempt employees according to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLEA) is $23,600 per year or $455 per week. However, the exempt salary minimum alone does not classify an employee as exempt. Salary level is one of three tests used to determine employee exempt status.
