I have found forms through PDFfiller that I could not locate anywhere else--wonderful tool! It's fairly intuitive, but there are some cumbersome issues related to printing--too many steps--could be simplified.

I am unfamiliar with these programs and so I struggle. I was unable to increase the size of the text in one of my forms and it looks awkward on the form after printed.

Once you are approved for SNAP/food stamps your case will be active for a certain period of time. This is called your certification period. You will have to recertify periodically to continue receiving SNAP. Certification periods can range from monthly to every two years.
To keep receiving SNAP benefits a household needs to recertify (or reapply) on a regular basis. Open this section to learn what recertification means. When your client gets approved for SNAP benefits, that approval is active only for a certain period of time. That block of time is called the certification period.
When it is time to recertify: Fill out, sign, and return the recertification form. And. Send in copies of your most recent wage stubs if working and proof of anything that has changed. And. Be available for a phone interview with a DTA worker.
To apply online, visit SCM APP.SC.gov. To submit an application or renewal via fax, send to (803) 734-2012. If you need an application or a renewal form mailed to you, please call 1-800-616-1309.
ǧ 366.600-366.620. These emergency SNAP benefits are called Disaster SNAP, or D-SNAP. You do not need to be eligible for or receiving SNAP already to qualify. If you are already getting benefits, and you lose food due to a federally declared disaster, you may also be eligible to receive additional SNAP benefits.
You can call the SNAP Info line, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, at (718) 557-1399 to have an application mailed to you and recertify. You can Fax your recertification form here.
Contact the caseworker or call the information hotline and ask about the status of your application. If you prefer, you may also stop in your local public assistance or social services office to discuss your case in person.
Under federal regulations an eligibility determination should be made within 30 days. If you have very low income and assets, high expenses, and/or you are a migrant or seasonal farmer worker you may qualify for expedited benefits, which should be determined within seven days.
