It's not as intuitive as I hoped to use the mobile apps, and it seems there are many steps to doing the main process which led me to purchase PSF filler--uploading and emailing HIPAA related documents that I've photographed. I'm sure there'll be a learning curve, however, so I am still hopeful.
With two helpful and timely chat guidance, I was able to resolve my problems with scanning and uploading photographed documents quickly. I still wish the mobile app allowed me to rename the document so that I wouldn't have to fiddle with it later in the browser app, but am happy with many other features at this point.

PDFfiller lets me print out a nice looking form for school physical exam. It is harder to use than manually writing on a school physical form. However, there are fewer mistakes on a printed version from a computer than sometimes I found when I had to manually fill out a previous version of a school physical form. Thank you.

PDFfiller offers a great service, but unfortunately I don't have the opportunity to use it enough.
But that truly sets this business apart from the competition is their customer service.

What is a multi-year lease?
In many ways, a multi-year lease is a win-win. The landlord has a tenant in place for a longer period of time, which not only eliminates the hassle of turnover but can be a big money saver. After all, it costs money to clean a property, advertise it, and to vet new tenants.
Should I sign a one or two-year lease?
If the current options are much higher than average, he or she should choose a one-year lease, betting that the allowable increases will be lowed next year. If the allowable increases are lower than average, she should choose a two-year lease, locking in that relatively low rate.
How early should you sign a lease?
Most lease agreements require the tenant give at least one month's notice before vacating the unit. Some require longer such as 60 or 90 days notice. Do not sign too far in advance for a rental house, or you might end up responsible for paying rent on two units.
Can I sign a lease if I'm already on one?
Just because it is legal, the landlord is not compelled to lease to you if it feels that you would be a financial risk for holding multiple leases. Rarely, the landlord can be a government, and it would be perfectly legal for a government law to deny a lease to someone that already has one. New lease does not.
What does signing a 1-year lease mean?
It can be from one to many pages, but in general, a lease defines exactly how long you'll be renting the apartment (six months, one year, two years and so on) and exactly how much money you'll pay in rent each month (and on what day). Both the landlord and the tenant benefit from a lease.
How long should a rental lease be?
The most common lease term is for one year, but leases can be for any length of time as long as the landlord and tenant agree to the length. They can be as short as six months or as long as 30 years, which would be more common in commercial leases.
Is a 2-year lease legal in California?
There, the law doesn't allow residential leases longer than two years in duration. California has no restrictions on how long a landlord and tenant can commit to a residential lease. However, there may be practical reasons why the landlord wouldn't want such a commitment.
How long can a California residential lease be?
California's Statute of Frauds requires a lease to be in writing if it either: 1. Has a term longer than one year. Or 2. Has a term less than one year which expires more than one year after the agreement is reached. Actually be maintained for thirteen months.
