I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. I had to amend my 2014 federal taxes, and when I went in to the form, it brought me onto your site. I filled out the form and went to print when I found out that there was a cost for the program. I only needed the program for a short amount of time. I will be cancelling the program as soon as my amended tax forms are completed and the IRS is satisfied.

Your features of creating folders and unlimited storage is great.
Sending documents to mobile phone is a great feature.

Just now starting to use it for filling out ODAFF's and so far it is great. I would however like to be able to make templates in the personal cost bracket.

This is a good app. It could be improved with navigation that's a bit less clunky - more intuitive. I also wish there was a way to fill out forms without having to recenter, re-size, re-font the text so it looks normal in the document.

I wish it wasn't so expensive...I'm still on the free trial right now but this app is great. Maybe offer like a college student pricing? I know us kids in college cant pay $40 a month for it

This has been my favorite pdf program of all time. I do not work I am a happy homemaker and have a special needs son and have a lot of documents to file and fill and fax for him. This is the best program. The price is a bit high for me but it's worth it at times when I need to do something that other pdf programs just can't do it.

PDF Filler is super simple to use. I love that you can just click where you need to put information (whether it’s a checkbox, words, etc) and it’s done. If you have a form that you use often you can even save it as a template so you don’t have to go back in and create new boxes each time.

I’ve had a few issues with the site being down but this only lasted for short periods of time. Otherwise, the product itself is fantastic.

It's great
It's great. Not as good as adobe in the areas of text replacement or image addition. It is also not as sophisticated for selection mechanisms. If you need to fill in documents or create PDFs this is a solid application that can do the stuff that you will need quickly and cheaply.
