The software in simple & I love it: however the video for how to: tells you what the form is used for; not how your software works. (I think that people already know what the 1099 int is used for)

So far so good. I have only been using it for two days so I'm still new but I think it is going to work well for my needs!
Follow up. A couple of weeks in and we are extremely happy with this subscription service. I work for a school district and have equipment to check out to various teachers in 28 different schools. This has really made my job easier..

Great Customer Service
I only needed the service for a specific period and thought I cancelled the service, until I was charged. I contacted customer service and gave every possible email address the service could be connected to, so I thought. None of those emails showed service connected to it, so they ended up submitting a trouble ticket. A few days later they contacted me to see if I was connected to another email address, and it was my husband's business, that I never thought about. Even though it automatically renewed, they responded that they would refund the charge.

This is a great tool and is full of features that I really need for editing, exporting, merging and printing documents. I like all of the supported file formats and may use the routing features in the future. The pdfFiller will import huge .pdf files and allows you to save just one or two pages from that file for editing. Auto Renewal Charge
I was auto charged for a 2nd year for this service via PayPal. I do not need it and was surprised to see the charge.
