How do I create an e sign document?
Drag & drop document. Drag and drop your file into the area above or click on the link to choose your document.

It's easy! You just go to your field options on the left-hand sidebar, scroll down to Signature, drop it into your form, and it'll be automatically added. Put the cursor in the Word document where you desire to include a digital signature.
