I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. I was able to type in all my information & save the forms. I did find entering the data to be cumbersome as I had to move the data to the correct spot on the form.

It meets my needs very well. If I could get my own fax number for less than $10/month I would add that. As it is now, I have a fax separate from this but only pay $8/month so will keep and use separately. Disappointed it was so much for the add on. Also, for the edit option. Many things to do but all as add ons. For now, I like what I can do, though.

A little difficult navigating. There is no clear description of what some of the functions are. Would be helpful to maybe add a description as you hover over a button, or at least give a description of what the function does when you click on it.

I'm just learning how to use this really big program. It's been slow-going but I'm excited about all the ways this program will help my business and my clients.

I initially thought that PDFfiller was a free tool unless you actively initiated a subscription. Even though they asked me for my credit card information with a free 30 Day trial I forgot about it. When I got my next credit card statement showing I had been charged for the whole year I began a ticket with Customer Service. They were so kind as to immediately understand, cancel my subscription, and agree to issue me a refund. At the time of writing this, I am awaiting my refund as I just requested the cancellation today - but I must say that this gesture was amazing by PDFfiller and this review is the very least I can do. Thank you for brightening up 2020 a bit! Amazing business ethic and professional courtesy.

where has this been all my life. i'm 20 minutes into download, clicked buy, installed laptop & cell. already created two forms & makes my time with older versions of fillable PDF generator programs seem like a million years ago.
