I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. So far it is good. I use it for work schedules. Im very busy so havent had a lot of time to explore all the features. When i send my work from home to the work place; i find the security code a little annoying. Also when i purchased it i didnt receive a lower price as lead to believe. Although the price to continue useing it at renewal time wasnt bad.

Cut the paper trail and faxing
Instead of faxing documents, I just get them emailed. The documents are more clear, it's fast, and I can sign and fill in easy without needing to fax it back. I love the signature button.
This is so easy to use. Uploading and downloading is all I do now. My fax machine is obsolete.
You have to download it to your computer from email, then upload it to pdf filler - at least that's how I do it.

Hands down, the best PDF tool!
I haven't come across any other feature filled tool like this one; it's a solid 10/10. The support team is excellent! My technical issue was resolved in a record 30 minutes!

It is a little bit confusing on how the program works. I have been trial and error learning so far. It would be nice to get more direction and not just comment bubbles.

Software works well
Software works well, I just don't like that they allow you to go all the way through editing your first document before slapping down the paywall.

pdfFiller is user-friendly and the site is easy to navigate. I love the fact that a function stays the same until you change it, eg. a font size and format. However, I would like the option to use all the Fonts that I have installed on my own computer. When a page is duplicated, I'd love it if the 'changes' made to the original using pdfFiller, could also be duplicated rather than simply a duplication of the original document. I also can't seem to find a way to cut and paste text to apply it in a different area of the document, which means that the process of replicating a change is more time-consuming, but this could be my current unfamiliarity with the software. I was impressed that within a couple of hours of use, I was offered the option to attend a webinar to improve my understanding.
