Answer to my prayers. TurboTax, IRS, other www sites gave me horrors. I started your site one day and somehow decided to leave and why I decided to go back to those other sites again was a HUGE mistake ... it all gave me horrors. tried other products and this one worked faster and better without any BS or training needed. it is fast and simple for those computer challenged. easy to use in court or out of court and easy access to all judicial council forms. hats off to pdffilir!

Easy to use and has multi functions that otherwise you would need to purchase separately elsewhere.
I gained TIME, thus I was on time with my tasks, and met deadlines.
Very easy to read, highlight, insert comments (etc), insert and replace figures in pdf documents. It has saved me TIME! I love that it offers features that make manipulation of multiple files easy and fast. I also like the electronic signature option so documents look very professional.

It's been a nice use-friendly experience overall. I like the way pdf found elsewhere could be easily pulled into (uploaded) the program without a glitch. And I really that all my documents are saved into the same system even those docs complete a few years back. I was pleasantly surprised. I would like to continue learning more about all the features your platform is offering. Especially the signing and sending of docs to others. I sincerely sense these is going to be my 'go-to' platform for many of my pdf needs. I need to keep on top & keep up ;).

overall it is a good product once you are accustomed to operating within its rules and time lapse with commands and follow through

Asuncion does a 12-month warranty on all devices that they send out. You're still in that time frame, so that's who you'll need to speak with. If you call CS, and they realize you're using a phone that's from Asuncion, they're supposed to warm transfer you over there to handle the replacement.

Basically if there is no evidence that the device was mishandled and/or water damaged then there will be no replacement cost within the first year.
