Great for what I needed it for Needed to complete nursery registration forms for my daughters (which were emailed to me in PDF format), but have no access to a printer, so really appreciate software like this! Open your Word document. Click on “Design” tab. Under the background menu, go to “Watermark”. A gallery containing different watermarks will be shown, choose the type of watermark you want by clicking on it, and it will reflect on all the pages.

If You Decide to Watermark Your Images There is no rule on watermarking. Even though I suggest that you should at least give it some thought, it is ultimately your decision. With that being said, the key to an effective watermark is to make it visible without being distracting at all; this can be tricky.
