The best feature is that you can email documents to vendors and have them electronically sign them and then email them back.
What do you dislike?
I don't think there is anything to dislike. When my company paid for me to have this I felt like I was in Heaven!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are having issues getting signatures with your drivers- look no further! This is it! So easy to use and send and Drivers can send the signed documents back!

We have a lot of vendors that work outside of the office so having a system where they can sign electronically is such an awesome feature!

I wrote some legal documents using this tool, it was much easier than other PDF editing tools I found. I was able to put my legal case together in an hour after wasting much more than that on other editing tools.

Wow!! I can not express how much of a life saver your program has been to me. Not only is it absolutely FREE! without needing a subscription, credit card or life story but the interface is user friendly with great options and choices. I love that I am able to download into my own drive afterwards and upload to any folder I choose as well. This is the first one of its kind that I have found, the features completely beat Adobe with the upside of not having to pay for three separate subscriptions of $14.99 to get one project done and downloadable to my computer. Download Bates Express from the official website. Install Bates Express. Open Bates Express. Select the folder the Word files are saved in from the tree of folders automatically created by Bates Express and then select the files you want to stamp bates to.
