I was pleased to find the AIR realty forms on your site. We're trying to sublet our space in a commercial building and our landlord insisted on using the AIR forms

I spent approx $70 for PDF Filler, could not find a page rotate icon when I really needed it, then a screen popped up that I would have to spend $120 per year to have this additional function. I was in the midst of needing to reorient some legal documents so paid the additional money. I find this to be less than fair business practice as when I signed up there was no clear breakdown presented on the functions available for different costs.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Select the chart and go to the Chart Tools tabs (Design and Format) on the Excel ribbon. Right-click the chart element you would like to customize, and choose the corresponding item from the context menu. Use the chart customization buttons that appear in the top right corner of your Excel graph when you click on it.
Select data for the chart. Select Insert > Recommended Charts. Select a chart on the Recommended Charts tab, to preview the chart. Note: You can select the data you want in the chart and press ALT + F1 to create a chart immediately, but it might not be the best chart for the data. Select a chart. Select OK.
Click Insert > Chart. Click the chart type and then double-click the chart you want. In the spreadsheet that appears, replace the default data with your own information. When you've finished, close the spreadsheet.
Chart Elements: Customizing your Chart. For many users, it's modifying the chart to make it look exactly the way you want it to look. Sometimes that means fiddling around with the data, or adding elements like data labels or a trend line, or figuring out how to format the chart to make it look fantastic.
Why Is Important to Choose Right Chart for Your Presentation? We use charts to tell stories, evaluate alternatives, understand trends or find out if everything is normal, however, an incorrect charting choice can lead to poor judgment of the messages whereas a correct chart can lead to right and faster decisions.
The main functions of a chart are to display data and invite further exploration of a topic. Charts are used in situations where a simple table won't adequately demonstrate important relationships or patterns between data points.
Arrange data intuitively. Watch your bar widths. Don't use 3-D. Use the proper direction. Use consistent colors. Keep y-axis labels short. Ditch the grid. Don't forget a title and source line.
