Amazing software
Amazing software, Unreal flexibility for the price. Only thing I would change is possibly the phone numbers as we are not all in US. All in all, saves hours a week.

Very easy system to use and user…
Very easy system to use and user friendly. The only suggestion I would make is being able to scan documents and then being able to combine them into 1 pdf file not having it as a zip file.

Negates deciphering handwriting
When filling out or reading an application or some other such document, it is hard to manage legibility. The ability to type directly into the fields of a PDF is a valuable option to avoid that.
I wish you didn't have to create an account to use it. It would be better in my opinion if you could use the software with out having to do that.

Simple, online services that can be accessed anywhere as long as you're online, Really helpful for road-warriors, salesman on the go. User friendly and output file as your preferred file-type.

Need online access, sometimes struggling for no network access, helpful if you have the mobile apps for signing PDF Files. Also would be great if can be exported in secure PDF

How is lease interest calculated?
Depreciation — The amount the vehicle has lost in value during the lease. Term of Lease — The number of months you will be leasing (usually 24, 36, 39, or 48 months) Money Factor — The finance charge, usually expressed as a fraction. (To calculate the interest rate, simply multiply the money factor by 2400)
How is interest calculated on a car lease?
The formula is: Interest Rate = Money Factor x 2400 But neither the money factor nor your interest rate is likely to be present on your contract. You'll have to ask your dealer.
How is interest calculated on a lease?
(You can convert an interest rate to a decimal by dividing it by 2,400: 3/2,400 = 0.00125. Conversely, you can convert a lease factor to an interest rate by multiplying it by 2,400.) The interest rate you get in a lease contract is based on your credit score. The rate you get is based on your credit score.
Is interest charged on a car lease?
It's true. Unlike a loan contract, a car lease contract is not required to show the interest rate used in computing the monthly payment. And it isn't shown. Actually, lease finance rate is expressed as money factor, not interest rate.
How are finance charges calculated on a leased vehicle?
The money factor is applied to the sum of the net cap cost and the residual value of the car to find the monthly finance charge. Continuing with the example above, use the money factor 0.00333. Multiply this by the sum of the net cap cost and residual as follows: $40,000 × 0.00333 = $133.2.
How does interest work on a lease?
Unlike car loans, the interest rate is not disclosed to the consumer on the lease. But, in a lease, the consumer does not pay down the full cost of the car. The lease payments are applied to depreciation and interest. At the end of the lease, the consumer has to pay the Residual Value in order to keep the car.
How does lease financing work?
A car lease lets you drive a new vehicle without paying a large sum of cash or taking out a loan. To lease a car, you simply make a small down payment less than the typical 20% of a car's value you'd pay to buy followed by monthly payments for the term of the lease. When the term expires, you return the car.
What is the lease payment on a $30000 car?
A $30,000 vehicle with a 65 percent residual would have a base monthly payment of $292 before taxes, interest and fees. Choosing the vehicle with the higher residual percentage would net a savings of more than $200 per month for a vehicle with the same selling price.
