How to Use the Customize Identification Invoice Feature

The Customize Identification Invoice feature in pdfFiller allows you to personalize your invoices with your own branding and information. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Login to your pdfFiller account and navigate to the 'My Forms' page.

Click on the 'Templates' tab and select 'Invoices' from the dropdown menu.

Choose the invoice template that best suits your needs and click on it to open it in the editor.

Once the invoice template is open, click on the 'Customize' button located at the top of the editor.

In the customization panel on the right side of the screen, you will find various options to personalize your invoice.

Start by adding your company logo. Click on the 'Upload Logo' button and select the image file of your logo from your computer.

Next, you can customize the header of the invoice by adding your company name, address, and contact information. Simply click on the respective fields and enter the desired information.

To customize the invoice number and date format, click on the 'Settings' tab in the customization panel. Here, you can choose from different numbering formats and date formats.

If you want to add additional fields or modify existing ones, click on the 'Fields' tab in the customization panel. You can add text fields, checkboxes, dropdown menus, and more.
