Go to Settings > Custom Fields and select the category of custom field you wish to add to Pipedrive from Deals, Organizations, or People. Click Add a field in order to begin the field creation process. Select the type of field you wish to create, based on your needs.

Go to the Pipeline View and click on the Pipeline Drop. Click + New Pipeline. Provide a name for the new pipeline in the upper left.
Leads can be imported in bulk from a spreadsheet with our importing functionality. To import leads with a spreadsheet, go to Tools and apps > Import data > From a spreadsheet. When you arrive at the mapping step, you can select the Leads fields icon in the top right corner of your Pipedrive data fields section.
Pipedrive provides a set of default contact labels, but you can add a custom label to this list by clicking on the label button in the List View or Detail View of any contact, and select Add label. When prompted, provide a name and color for your new label, and click Save.
In Pipedrive, deals contain all the actions taken towards the closing of a sale. Deals track all events and movements that take place throughout your sales process. Since a Deal is connected to a contact, any actions you perform on the Deal will also be associated with the Person/Organization related to it.
Go to your Deals tab, and click on the Pipeline View. Click on the deal you wish to delete, and drag it to the bottom your screen in the Pipedrive app. When hovered over the trash can icon, release your mouse-click.
