I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. My very small office (staff of 9)!needed a professional looking and very easy to use application for filling and signing document. I downloaded 8'different apps/programs for trial and comparison. PDF Filler left every other program / app in its' dust.

The program interface is OK but it could be a little more iterative. A form I was completing for the TSP TP77 and the TP76 did not place the letters and numbers (characters) in the exact center of each box making the document a little harder to read. I know this for sure because I have completed the same document using TSP website filler with the document are available. This would be easy for the company to fix this but they check their forms before making them available.
But the overall online forms filler program works well and saves completed forms easily and has a generous library.

I did run into some glitches and contacted customer service, but they said they were unable to view my documents to remedy the problem.

Great Program but.....
There are too many software programs out there that do this when they should be very clear from the get go.
Great functionality. It had everything I needed for pdf editing. It took no time at all for me to do what I wanted to the document I was revising.
Everything was great as far as features and ease of us BUT I do not appreciate or like that it said it was FREE to try and then after making all my changes and going to download it then came up that I needed to give my credit card information in order to get my document. After I declined I was bombarded by emails. I won't go back to it ever.

Really like the program.
As mentioned. I use it to update my catalog prices and images for printing.
That it allows me to erase certain parts of my document and insert others. I couldn't figure out how to add my prices to an already made catalog I use.
That I have to come out of the document to look at the completed changes then go back in if it's incorrect.
