I enjoy the ease of completing the forms, printing and saving the documents. I expected to be billed at the 65% off rate for one time use, annually, but somehow was charged the $72.00 annual renewable rate. Had similar capability on work computer(s)> I was fine with filling out PDF files and saving them. Ths allows signatures and other features that may get me to keep it.

Interesting product the pdfFiller. I would like to learn what else I can do with this software. The new look for the PDF is wonderful but I don't know if I would be able to use the old PDF from Microsoft. It seems I just paid my Microsoft subscription. It seems that the PDF is a software of it's own and doesn't come with the Microsoft Tools.

Easy to navigate
Easy to navigate. I didn't have cash to send correspondence to the IRS. This is a great tool for sure. It's more difficult submitting a review though, just saying. Your date feature sucks.

Good service
This ia great service, but you shouldn't allow people to fill out entire PDFs just to push them into creating an account and starting a free trial. Be upfront.

I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named **** was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! I very much appreciate this company's customer service. I will definitely use them in the future! :)"

we forgot to cancel subscription
we forgot to cancel subscription, money was deducted from our account, our mistake. we contacted PDF filler and the money refunded within 2 minutes. Great great Folks. highly Recommended
