Mostly user friendly. Filling in multiple of the same form is not available, or finding that option is impossible. So I used same form over and over - using tab you also have to back space or use mouse to remove previous data and then fill in.

But the important thing is they indicate that it is free to use online, but they demand that we subscribe to make a charge, then we do not have the link to cancel

Each announcement should begin by stating the objective. Tell the readers what you're going to announce in the document. Then, include the who, what, where, when, why and how of the topic being discussed. Don't wait to tell the reader the important details at the end of the message.
Write in a concise and straightforward manner. Consider the goals of your announcement letter. Ensure that your announcement letter contains all the necessary facts, but not extra information that muddies your purpose.
Choose your topic. Time for some research — you need to know your stuff! Consider your audience. Grab your audience's attention. Create a script and keep your script to a few simple statements. Storyboard your script. Film your footage and edit your PSA. Find your audience and get their reaction.
In this letter, announce a new policy or changes in the existing ones. Give the reason for doing so in detail. Make an announcement about the new or changed policy. Give the reasons for this change and explain its benefits to the company and its employees. Express gratitude for everyone's cooperation.
Determine what kind of announcement to make. Begin with the most important information. Write clearly and briefly. Keep your email organized. Formal tone. Be polite. Proofread your work many times before hitting send.
explain what kind of product it is and list its unique features. Explain why people would need it what makes this product useful for your recipients. Set the release date. Specify the way people can buy it.
Change the Name. Instead of calling them announcements, call them opportunities. Write for a Presenter, Not a Reader. 4/100, 3/125, 2/150. Explain the Vision, or Value. State an Action Step. Be Simple and Clear. Write for Someone New. Avoid Unnecessarily Religious Language.
