Recently I needed to fill out several forms from my mortgage servicer. They emailed the forms in pdf format and wanted them signed and returned same day. Easy to use, great feedback. Only wish there were more features built in. I've given feedback on how adding field to a form should have built in guides that you can place, then drop and snap to. Another great feature would be to allow these fields to move with the arrow keys so when you don't want it to snap to position, you can manually adjust to make exact. Also, it would be nice to see the text fields with faded text so we can see how many letters we can fit without having to save and test it ourselves. I could probably give more feedback but maybe I should send in my job application first? lol

The interface of PDFfiller is simple and intuitive. I think that most people can sign up and start using PDFfiller without having to spend much time figuring things out. Once we load a PDF into the system, there are straightforward menu items and labels that help to fill out virtually any form from start to finish. I can save to PDF format with my filled-in information or print right from the PDFfiller website.
What do you dislike?
Anytime I post my information online, I get apprehensive about how my data is being used. Though I'm sure PDFfiller probably takes measures to keep our uploaded and saved documents secure, I just never know with all the malware and server attacks that often occur, in general.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Some people probably don't want to hassle with putting their documents through a digitized system, but I think once you upload one form to PDFfiller, you'll see how intuitive the entire process and may possibly not print out documents to fill them out anymore.

Great tool for conversions
Converting PDFs to spread sheets can be time consuming. This software is very functional, and eliminates the hassle.
I like being able to convert my PDFs into the proper documents for further use. Most PDFs in their original form are totally unusable. I use this function to convert the document into a spread sheet. Great time saver.

Easily convert PDFs to word and rotate pages withing an improperly scanned PDF
What do you dislike?
The text writing font options are few and when the writing box dissapears the text changes size and font that what it was displayed.

More font options and ability to match font of the original document. When editing in a document your software changes the size and font of the edited text.

How do I customize my HERO invoice?
Click the organization name, select Settings, then click Invoice settings. Click the New Branding Theme arrow, then select Custom. Docx. Enter a name for your custom theme and click OK.
How do I edit an invoice template?
Click the Gear icon. Under Your Company, click Custom Form Styles. To create a new template, click the New style button in the upper right-hand corner. Select Invoice. Go to the Design tab to edit the template name, logo, color, font, and margins.
How do I add payment details to Hero invoice?
Add bank account details or payment terms Click the organization name, select Settings, then click Invoice settings. Next to the standard theme you want to update, click Options, then select Edit.
