overall I like pdffiller, but there are some things I wish I could do, like circle items in word docs. The only circle function I see does not seem to work very well. I would like to be able to draw circles around items more easily. As for signature authentication, is it necessary to include date? It would be easier if the authentication did not include the date. This isn't a big deal, since I can see why the date is necessary... but sometimes I sign a contract on for example, Sept 1st at midnight, but I don't want my clients to know I signed at midnight Sept 1st, particularly if I should have signed the document sooner. Anyway, these are just little issues that I've come across and changes would make my business a bit easier.

What do you like best?
As a beginner, I was surprised not only with the fact that PDFfiller was so much easier to learn and use than the Adobe Suite but also at the range of capabilities on offer! From my first use of this online program I found new pleasure in dealing with .pdf files. I now use the program Every Single Day to create, manipulate or convert files that used to sit waiting, sometimes for days at a time, to be done by the one or two people with access to more expensive and less user friendly programs. Now I have a new "can-do" attitude to the workings of .pdf files. I can't recommend this online tool enough and it's so affordable, you can buy a license to use at home. Great product, lots of advantages. You will not look back, you will not regret this purchase.

The user Interface could do with being a little less busy. A streamlined interface and a compact "how to..." would take a 9/10 to a 10. It just needs some tweaking and it's perfect!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In my opinion it is definitely worth spending the small amount to upgrade to the paid version!

Had an issue with billing today (a Saturday) however after emailing their customer service team I got a very quick response and kept getting help and support until the issue was resolved, on the same day. The person I was in contact with was very polite, understanding and genuinely wanted to help. The service itself is great and I would recommend it to any business that needs to edit and sign documents online .

AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! A+++
Product outperformed other PDF software for my needs at the time! Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future! Use Excel with Multiple Users Simultaneously You can edit the same Excel file with multiple users through a feature called co-authoring. Then, click Edit in Excel. If you only see a button that says Edit in Browser, click it first, then Edit in Excel.
How do I collaborate an Excel spreadsheet?
Select Share. Set permissions. Allow editing is automatically checked. Uncheck this if you only want to give permission to view the file, not edit it. Select Apply. Enter the names or email addresses of whom to share with. Add a message (optional). Select Send. Or, select Copy link to get a link to the file.
