Easy to fill in forms.

I have been very frustrated in trying to create our 1099s for 2022 in pdfFiller. I began a chat with "Kara" and she was wonderful and very patient walking me through the different steps to create a template. She also sent me a video as a tutorial. Very helpful. Pdf filler is better than Adobe
Good for small simple doc editing. Adding signatures etc.
I was able to get my docs edited and printed with my native software and android phone. Adobe is too picky about using their product only, with PDF filler I was able to get everything done non issues.
It was a trial basis for free, I wish they would have told me that from day one to save me the hassle of going back to purchase, but really it didn't matter.

I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.

It works well in that you can fill out the form, but it would be great if you could move the text box once you've started. I was unable to do that and had to start over in some cases because alignment was off.
