This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. It's easy
It gives you access to do alot of things it's easy to understand and it gives you a lot of options to convert and send

Good company with a great product
This is a good company with a great product. I am a retired attorney who was in need of a certification of trust for our family living trust. I checked pdfFiller and found what I needed but then realized that in my experience as a lawyer, I already knew the basics of what had to be done. So I cancelled the subscription and within minutes, received word from pdfFiller that the subscription would be cancelled. An honest company that is responsive, with good products - can't do better than that.

What do you like best?
Editing, merging and marking-up PDF documents and particularly drawings (I am an architect) is easy to do on the program.
Editing, deleting selected pages and merging are the most common features that I use, and this is easily done on pdfFiller.
It would be helpful if the program has better ways to draw lines and circles, etc., as these are basic needs when marking-up drawings. These features need to be improved.
What do you dislike?
Drawing features are not user friendly and need to be improved.
Highlighting, which is available on pdfFiller, can only be done in straight lines and not at an angle or in curved shapes. This needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Editing and merging PDF documents, marking-up PDF drawings. These are my most critical needs for document review and pdfFiller allows me to do all of this easily.

I work with a lot of county documents that are locked for editing. PDFFiller makes it is so I can mark up and edit. This give me the ability to highlight and do take-offs with in the pdf. Thanks!
