I like the form I'm using but the program is difficult to make several additional forms of that particular one. I'm doing it by erasing and refilling. Not sure if that is correct but I guess it is working.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Many landlords opt to manage the utilities for the tenant. However, if a tenant refuses to pay rent, they will likely refuse to pay for utilities as well. Even if is the bills are in your name, it's still illegal to shut off the essential utility services to the property while a tenant is living there.
A landlord cannot, however, cut off your utilities as a way to force you out. Nearly every state forbids landlords from self-help evictions, such as cutting off your utilities, as a way to force you out, or in retaliation for your exercising a legal right, such as complaining to a local housing agency.
In most circumstances it's illegal for your landlord to turn off your utilities. However, there are some exceptions. Whether tenants have a cause of action against landlord for causing water service to be turned off the day after landlord gave tenants three-day's notice to vacate property.
Check the lease terms to see who is responsible. Confirm with the utility company who is registered on the property. Take the tenant to small claims court if they were supposed to pay you and didn't.
Under most laws, 30 days is reasonable, but it depends on the severity of the repair. Two days might be reasonable if the issue is broken heat in winter.
Leave Plenty of Time. Although most utility companies can turn services on or off in as little as 48 hours, you should plan to schedule your utilities service termination at least two weeks in advance of your move.
The goal is to turn off utilities, including gas, electric and water at your current residence shortly after closing the sale and/or departing the premises. Then, you need to turn them on at your new dwelling ideally prior to the arrival of the moving van. In some cases, this can be straightforward.
Plan transferring utilities ahead of time Don't wait until the last minute. Set your utilities plan in motion three weeks before your move date. Last-minute scrambling will leave you frazzled and dismayed if you have to pay additional costs, or you have to wait for new services to be turned or installed.
