so far so good. Not the easiest to find document while logged in. I find I have to do a search on the document from a web browser to get to it. PFDfiller couldn't find the doc from within the app.

Had an issue with billing today (a Saturday) however after emailing their customer service team I got a very quick response and kept getting help and support until the issue was resolved, on the same day. The person I was in contact with was very polite, understanding and genuinely wanted to help. The service itself is great and I would recommend it to any business that needs to edit and sign documents online .

I subscribed to a trial period for the PDFiller product but forgot to unsubscribe when the trial period was over. Once I realized my error, I contacted the company and explained my error. Katrina in customer service had my refund processed within minutes. Thank you Katrina and, as I promised, when our company is financially able to afford this wonderful product, I will once again be a customer. pdfFiller has been amazing since I had to start working from home. It has allowed me to send in forms that I would normally have to print out write on and scan then email them back. This has cut down the middle man as well as saving me from getting a printer scanner and paper. It is time, cost and environmentally friendly.
