The billing is bogus and felt dishonest, but customer service fixed my problems after an email. These save well as pdfs but not as docs. I think the service should be less expensive, given apps with similar functionality.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
paper cut (plural paper cuts) A wound caused by a piece of paper or any thin, sharp material which can slice through a person's skin. Any minor harm.
Most commonly, paper cuts are caused by sheets of paper that are bundled together with one sheet being dislodged from the rest. The other sheets hold the loose one in position, causing it to act like a razor blade and slice your skin.
You can avoid paper cuts by being careful not to drag hands or fingers along the edges of a paper pile. If you regularly handle large stacks or reams of paper, help protect your hands with creams, gloves and even the old-fashioned finger guards.
As soon as the paper cuts into the cells of your skin, your body springs into action. First, blood cells called platelets join together at the paper cut and form a clot to stop the bleeding. As soon as the paper cuts into the cells of your skin, your body springs into action.
Paper also makes a more shallow wound than most other cutting injuries. A shallow cut on the surface might only bleed a little, or not at all. Without a blood clot to protect them, the nerves around the cut are exposed to air and other irritants, which can make the pain more noticeable and longer lasting.
In the case of paper cuts, it comes down to this: Anything that can lead to an infection even something as innocuous as a paper cut can set off a reaction called sepsis, and if sepsis is severe enough, it can kill you.
One major reason paper cuts hurt so much is their usual location: your fingertips. You usually don't get paper cuts on your belly, your knees, or your back. When you get a paper cut, the paper slices through these nerve fibers, resulting in many pain signals being sent to your brain.
Petroleum Jelly: Applying a layer of petroleum jelly over a paper cut will coat it to prevent irritants from entering it, and it will soothe the skin. Lip Balm: A wax-based lip balm will slow a paper cut's bleeding and help relieve pain by preventing air from irritating open nerves.
