FPDF FILLER EXCELLENT TOOL. IT WOULD BE NICE IF WE COULD ADD A PAGE TO AN EXISTING DOCUMENT SO THAT IT ALSO BECOMES PART OF THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT. IF THE THERE ARE FOR EXAMPLE 10 PAGES UPLOADED AND I WANT TO INSERT A PAGE IN FRONT OR IN BACK OF SAY PAGE 7 THEN I COULD MAKE IT A COMPETE DOCUMENT WITH THE PROPER INSERT. having being able to come to this website , find the court document i need , and fill it out all at the same time has been life changing for me lately. i am able to clearly see what's written, understand it more, and also once i'm done implementing my information i can print however many copies i need without leaving home. This makes it a breeze when trying to look for court documents that you need.

Phenomenal Customer Service
Due to the pandemic, like a lot of people I was forced to work from home. My employer doesn't adequately support us in this task and so one day as a matter of urgency I started the free pdfFiller trial for a month. I set a reminder to cancel my subscription but I didn't complete the cancellation. When the annual subscription fee was taken from my bank account I was devastated, it's a deduction I couldn't afford and my employer would not reimburse me. The team at pdfFiller were amazing. They ensured I successfully cancelled the subscription and they also processed a refund. The speed of response was phenomenal, their empathy towards someone who genuinely could not afford the subscription was so appreciated. Their customer service is like nothing I have experienced before. Keep up the great work.

What do you like best?
I personally like using PdfFiller over other programs like Adobe to edit my documents because the site is more user friendly. I can do everything I need to quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike?
I wish there was an option to combine documents. You can delete pages but not upload new ones.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I used to use Docusign to add digital signatures but now I used pdfFiller instead. It's great for adding quick signatures on internal documents without the waste of printing and hand signing forms as I did prior.

Wonderful and fast support team!
I was in need of this service and it worked seamlessly and has a lot of options during the free trial that I had access to. I was not in need of the 1-year subscription that I was charged for. I reached out to their support team when I saw the charge come through and they canceled my subscription as well as fully reversed the charge with no hassle at all. This is a very useful service for those who need to edit pdfs frequently! Anna from their support team did a wonderful job and was very pleasant to work with.

Excellent company. Not only does the PDF Filler work great, but when I asked for the annual fee to be refunded after I neglected to cancel my subscription, it was done so immediately and graciously.

What do you like best?
I love how I can neatly complete compliance filings that don't have a fillable PDF format using PDF filler. I can type on the form in PDF filler instead of having to print a hard copy and hand write or use a typewriter - who even has access to one of those anymore, lol?
What do you dislike?
It can be tricky to get the alignment just right and then save the completed document.
